Nato a Milano nel 1954, inizia nel campo della Mobilit\u00e0 nel 1981 quando fonda insieme ad altri soci la societ\u00e0 ITG con sede a Milano. Nel 2001 ITG viene acquistata da una delle maggiori multinazionali del mercato dove il Sig. Vantini diviene da prima Branch Manager poi Country Mangager, amministrando le 4 branch italiane, ed infine Regional Manger South Europe includendo Spagna e Turchia tra i paesi sotto la sua gestione.
